i beat all three of chihoohoos guards and after chihoohoo tells me where to go the next level doesnt load. its not frozen...scarygirl moves like she is supposed to be walking but i cant control anything. i tried to log out and i had to beat the guards again and it did the same thing. please help its very frustrating. thank you.
I'm having a similar problem with submersible- I finish the level, but the game crashes before I can get to the next level, and my progress isn't saved. I like this game a lot, but I really don't like this bug.
submersible: I can't get to the next level. I've gone through it three or four times, and there is nothing that allows me to go to the next level--I talk to octopus, I try to get to the building he mentions. Nothing. I can't get out of the water.
The Submarine (underwater) level has now been fixed. Please try it again after clearing your cache (clear your cache only not your cookies to make sure you're still logged in). Many apologies to those who got stung by this bug! The error meant you could not complete the level, and could not jump out of the water. This has now been fixed.

Once the music is turned at the onion bar, I climb the steps and door opens. Scary girl is moved/slided across the screen to the far right and I can no longer move her.
I've had problems with loading Junkyard. I get to 9X% and it ends up telling me there's an error because I don't have more than 512 mB of memory, but I have over 2 gigs free... so is this a different kind of memory, and therefore a problem on my computer's end, or is this something to do with the game?
I have the same problem. Junkyard gets to 96%/99% and then the 'less than 512MB error' appears. tried closing tabs, restarting browser and cleaning cache. nothing helps. I normally don't get this type of problems. suggestions?
For me as well, Junkyard only loads to 96 or 99%, and I have restarted the browser and emptied the cache each time this happens, but it doesn't load past 99%. Please help, I really love this game and want to play.
hi, i am new here and just started the game.As soon as i climb the ladder to the next level it loads upto 93% and it tells me there's an error because I don't have more than 512 mB of memory.i also dont know what a capche (and hw to delete it) and ram is.could u help me because i seriously LOVE this game.maybe you shud make a version that is downloadable too...i wud LOVE the full version..thankyou soo much and sorry 4 troublin u..

I did not realize this game was so "unfinished" -- while it is extremely good, I read it had been a very long time in the making; like others, I can't get to the Junkyard, seized up the browser eventually--I think there should be a big warning before you play that you are going to end up frustrated and that it's a very-much-in-progress beta. Pity; it was a nice game, but I don't feel like risking the frustration.
Sorry you feel that way. We had a Beta period that went for over two months and did not come up with many of these problems. It seems that having such a large audience exposes the game to many more systems / configurations than we could have tested with and this is causing many problems.

Most of the bugs have been squished (fixed). This includes that you can now choose to ignore out of memory errors. Note that the game may not play correctly and graphics may be missing if you do so.
hi tarwin, seems ignoring the memory error doesn't really help cause after clicking on the "ignore" button the screen goes blank and it is impossible to play. I am very close to giving the whole thing up :(

Hi, Tarwin The same happened when I was playing. But not all the times. Sometimes the screen went blank and sometimes it worked, what means it's a problem that can be fixed, right? Oh, and I have enough memory. By the way, the game is great.
Hi there! I found a bug with the save pole in Junkyard (although it happens in all the levels up to it too). When I die, it loads to the savepoint, but all of my items are completely gone. Maybe that's intentional, but isn't a savepoint meant to help you not have to go back and get everything again?
Memory issue: You may have enough memory, but for some reason the system isn't giving it to Flash. This could either be too many other windows/tabs open in browser and/or other programs open. Other than that without being able to see the machine I can't really say much more.
Save pole: It's meant to be like this. The save pole is to curb frustration with getting X far in a level only to have to repeat the whole thing again. If you "die" and go back to the pole we remove your points, treasures and fish and they appear back in the level. This is partly because there is no idea of "lives" in the game, so whether or not you die only make a difference to your score. Hope that makes more sense?Tarwin - Touch My Pixel
hello, Tarwin I am from Brazil, and like much of his game. I'm having problems with sewers level = I can not leave the ladder. Sorry do not speak your language.
My problem is not that the next level won't load. My saved game won't load at al! I have been through several levels and some them were so hard I was very happy that I've got past through them. So tell me please, that I don't have to do the game all over again! When I want to load my game it says 'There has been an error. Please try again or contact us'. I have tried again for several times but nothing else happens. My last level was with the pie eating zombies. I was about to fight with the Big Boy Z or something like that and I didn't know what to do so I decided to start the level again (I don't know why is that a good solution but nevermind). When I started over, the picture was okay but the music was still the Big Boy Z fight. Then I decided to close the game completely and load again. And that's where I am right now. Please, help me!!
I'm supposed to be starting on the Junkyard level of the game, but everytime I go back to that part, my computer starts acting a little stubborn, and no matter how many times I reload, that same level will NOT open! I go to all the other levels, and they work normally, but that same level just won't do! I like that game, and now i can't even move on!! it's driving me crazy!!!
I saved that Junkyard level of the game, I mean, and I log in, to see that it's still saved, so I go to it, and everytime I DO go to it, it starts out loading normally, then it'll stop, and say something like "There has been an error" or "you don't have enough memory", or something, and then I click the link that says "Ignore and Continue", and when I do that, it LOOKS like it could start again, but just sits there.....something's wrong here.......please fix that, because this game is the first one that's kept me fully occupied in a while on the internet!
It always does that for me after the Chihoohoo level, and just recently it keeps doing that to me at the end of level Swim, so I can't get to Dr. Maybee. Of course I have already been there, but still.

Having the exact same problem, will try deleting my cache and fighting them again. Excellent game btw, heard it mentioned on the gadget show yesterday and been playing it since :P
OKAY most people have this problem but mine is very bad i finish submersible (level2) and save, load the next level (junkyard, level 3) but it stops loading at 99% and tells me i am out of memory. i have deleted alot of things on my control panel and closed all windows and tabs but it still will not work! new addition of ignore and continue button works, yes, but i end up at a black screen.grr... please help this PRONTO and quick because...
